As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice while supporting physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, medical assistants, and front office personnel. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality patient care through efficient practice management. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise the daily operations of Clifton Springs Internal Medicine. - Provide leadership and support to physicians, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, nursing staff, medical assistants, and medical secretaries. - Develop, implement, and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows. - Partner with providers to improve practice operations, solve problems, and enhance patient satisfaction. - Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll, and daily administrative functions. - Ensure efficient utilization of staff, equipment, and other practice resources. - Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Maintain effective communication with patients, providers, leadership, and other departments. - Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, exceptional customer service, and patient-centered care. - Support compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. ## Qualifications ### Minimum Qualifications - Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Two (2) years of experience in a physician practice or ambulatory healthcare setting. - Prior supervisory or leadership experience. - Experience with computerized patient scheduling systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while working independently. - Working knowledge of medical terminology and CPT coding. ### Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Experience with physician billing and revenue cycle operations. - Experience developing and managing departmental budgets. - Experience with MEDITECH and LSS systems. - Outpatient registration or admissions experience. ## What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a motivated healthcare leader who: - Builds positive relationships with providers, staff, and patients. - Demonstrates excellent customer service and professionalism. - Has exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. - Communicates effectively with individuals at all levels. - Leads by example while promoting teamwork and accountability. - Is committed to continuous process improvement and operational excellence. ## Why Join Clifton Springs Internal Medicine?
