Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs. **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office management team, coordinating patient and provider schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to align operational strategies with the organization's mission and long-term goals. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 7 years of experience in the healthcare domain, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving successful strategies - Proven experience in practice management, preferably overseeing multiple office locations - Bachelor’s degree is required, candidates with a master’s degree will be preferred - Candidates with experience in managing mental health clinics will be preferred Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams **Responsibilities:** - Lead and supervise the office management team to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations - Manage patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and enhance patient experience - Oversee provider schedules to maximize availability and productivity - Participate actively in the development and implementation of strategic plans to support the organization’s long-term goals - Conduct regular meetings with senior management to align operational strategies with the organization’s overall mission and vision - Address and resolve issues or complaints raised by providers, non-provider staff, and patients promptly and professionally - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures - Facilitate communication and collaboration between clinical and administrative teams **Compensation Package** - Excellent base compensation - Quarterly performance bonus **Benefits** - Health, vision, dental insurance - Retirement Benefit: 401K Plan (Retirement): We will match your own 401K plan contribution to Up to 4% match of your annual compensation - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays **Work Schedule** - Four 10hr shifts per week (Monday – Thursday) - Offices open Monday-Thursday **E-Verify Statement:** HUPC participates in E-Verify.
