The Opportunity As a dual-site Practice Manager in our Western Massachusetts region, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of two clinics while contributing to their long-term strategic goals. At this time, we are seeking a strong team member to support our Western Massachusetts region. Final clinic locations will be determined at a later date based on business needs and candidate alignment. Particularly strong candidates will be flexible and willing to travel throughout the region to support various clinics during their first few months. This provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the market while gaining exposure to multiple teams and locations before transitioning into their long-term home base. Your Impact Operational Management: Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service. Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns. Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner. Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget. Dual Site Management: Provide oversight of staffing, scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operational workflows across two clinic locations to ensure consistency and efficiency. Monitor and analyze performance metrics at each site, proactively identifying gaps, trends, or inefficiencies and implementing actionable solutions to optimize operations. Maintain a consistent on-site presence at both locations to support, mentor, and develop team members while reinforcing operational standards and a cohesive culture across clinics. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development. Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
