WHAT YOU'LL DO ● Lead and own Manifest's corporate immigration practice for a roster of employer clients — H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, and the broader employer-immigration spectrum — with full accountability for its growth, quality, and profitability. ● Own the enterprise client relationships and large-scale program management that define the practice — companies retain Manifest because they trust you specifically. ● Drive business development and marketing for your practice, growing existing accounts and bringing in new ones through your own network alongside Manifest's BD engine. ● Build and lead a team: hire, develop, and hold attorneys to Manifest's standard across consultations and case production. ● Use Manifest's AI-powered platform — automated workflows, smart draft review, and a unified case-context hub — as a genuine performance multiplier for your team. ● Own pod profitability directly: your compensation is built around the health of the practice you run, not a fixed docket.
