PPF/Window Tint Technician

We are currently one of the largest automotive groups in the country, providing incredible growth opportunities. **What We Offer:** - Top compensation plans! - Paid Training, Paid Certifications, Cross Training & Career Advancement. - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401K. - For additional benefit information please visit *NapletonMN.MyBenefitsLibrary.com* - Paid Vacation and Sick time. - Discounts on products, services, and vehicles. - Family Owned and Operated – 90+ years in business! **Job Responsibilities:** - Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicle hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, and other surfaces. - Apply automotive window tint to side, rear, and windshield glass. - Prepare vehicles through washing, decontamination, and surface inspection. - Use precision cutting tools, squeegees, heat guns, and installation solutions. - Remove and replace defective film when necessary. - Perform final quality checks to ensure a clean, bubble-free finish. - Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment. - Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and customer specifications. - Communicate with customers and team members regarding installation needs and timelines. - Other duties assigned by management **Job Requirements:** - Prior experience tinting windows. - Valid driver’s license. - Constant bending, reaching, standing, walking.
