More about the role: As a PowerPoint Designer, you will be the creative force behind some of Burson’s most important presentations – designing and building best-in-class templates and pitch decks that help win new business. Working closely with our new business, strategy and creative teams, you’ll transform complex ideas into clear, compelling and beautifully designed stories. This is a hands-on design role for someone who lives in PowerPoint, has an exceptional eye for layout and typography, and knows how to position a narrative so it lands with senior client audiences. What you'll do: Design, build and maintain a suite of on-brand PowerPoint templates, master slides and reusable assets for use across the agency Craft high-impact pitch decks for new business opportunities, turning strategic narratives into visually persuasive presentations Partner with new business, strategy and creative leads to structure and position content so each story flows and persuades Elevate raw content – data, copy and concepts – into polished, presentation-ready design, often under tight deadlines Develop infographics, charts, icons and data visualizations that make complex information simple and engaging Safeguard brand consistency across all presentations, ensuring every deck reflects Burson’s identity and quality standards Advise teams on presentation best practice, layout and visual storytelling to raise the bar across the business Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and remaining calm under pressure Experience that contributes to success: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slides, templates, animations and transitions Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for asset creation A standout portfolio demonstrating template design and high-stakes pitch or new business presentations Excellent layout, typography and data-visualisation skills, with a sharp attention to detail Experience designing within brand guidelines and building scalable, easy-to-use templates for non-designers Ability to interpret and challenge briefs, translating complex information into clear visual narratives Strong time management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver at pace A collaborative team player, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams #LI-SF2 You belong at Burson: Our vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
