Working closely with the Processing Supervisor, you'll support team performance, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production goals are met. Daily tasks may include: - Leading and supporting daily processing activities - Training and mentoring new team members - Coordinating workflow and task assignments - Overseeing trimming, bucking, sorting, inspections, and curing activities - Monitoring product quality and reporting concerns - Assisting with inventory tracking and documentation - Supporting scheduling and production planning efforts - Maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas - Assisting with the development and improvement of standard operating procedures - Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns Leadership, communication, and attention to detail are important parts of this role. **What We're Looking For** Previous cannabis or production experience is preferred but not required.
