Daily tasks may include: - Hand trimming and machine trimming cannabis flower - Assisting with dry and cure processes - Weighing, sorting, and preparing product for processing - Processing and disposing of green waste - Monitoring product quality and identifying concerns - Maintaining accurate records and inventory documentation - Cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment and workspaces - Assisting with batch preparation and workflow organization - Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns - Supporting team goals and production schedules Teamwork, attention to detail, and consistency are important parts of this role. **What We're Looking For** You do not need prior cannabis experience to apply.
