We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time **Groundskeeper** for our 188 unit apartment community located in Lancaster, Ca. This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents! **Schedule:** Tuesday-Saturday from 7:30am to 4:30pm **Our Ideal Candidate:** Six months of prior work experience in any field Ability to read, write and communicate in English Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills: Internet and email Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality Must be reliable and dependable. **Our Benefits That Benefit You:** We encourage a vibrant and fun work environment and growth opportunities. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: leasing and renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.#LP1
