### **Job Posting: Porter** Experience *The EMBREY Way* by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a **Porter** at Coopers Row. As a **Porter**, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities** - Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment. - Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. - Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community. - Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule. **Qualifications** - One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position - Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance - High school diploma or equivalent, preferred - Valid Driver’s License **Required Testing** - Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR **Position Type** - Hourly Rate - Full-time - Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) **Position Location** - **San Antonio/TX**; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor. **Choose EMBREY:** Join an industry-leading team where we believe our people are our most important investment.
