These values shape our everyday actions and guide us in achieving our mission and serving our clients effectively. **What's in it for you?** - Paid Holiday, Sick, and Vacation Time - Health Insurance - Life Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401k Plan - Healthcare Spending or Reimbursement Accounts such as HSAs, FSAs, HRPs, and HRAs ## Job Description - Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc. - Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks - Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items - Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition - Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) ## Qualifications - Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role **- Preferred** - A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required) - Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools - Ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and time management skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects ## Additional Information **Property: Chesapeake Bay - 216 units** **Pay: $19-$20 - hourly** **Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm** The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
