Overview: Oversee the operation of all Recreation facilities and amenities. Manage and lead within the department and coordinate group recreation events. Responsabilities: Supervise and develop Assistant Recreation Manager, Supervisor, Attendants, Camp Omni counselors, and interns. Provide exceptional guest service. Ensure Recreation facility is kept clean and properly maintained. Carry out duties as they relate to: scheduling, payroll, recruiting, training, financials, MOS, inventories, ordering, safety procedures and implementing Omni culture in Recreation Associates. Implementation and facilitation of Recreation activities, programs and events. Qualifications: Degree in Recreation, Hospitality, or related field. At least 2 years experience in a supervisory position. Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid. Basic computer skills for payroll, ordering and other administrative work. Working Environment: Okay to work in various weather conditions: extreme heat, cold, rain, sun, etc. Must be comfortable in and around pools. Physical Job Requirements (for essential functions only) Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Able to push/pull towels bins weighing up to 300 pounds. Must have basic swimming skills to assist a guest in the pool if needed. Able to work on feet for majority of shift. Tools & Equipment: Computer, Office equipment, and POS skills Basic knowledge of computer programs
