Responsibilities: Supervise and perform foundation repairs using polyurethane injections with precision and care Build customer trust through clear communication and professionalism Oversee 2-3 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress Safely operate company equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Requirements: Foundation Repair/Polyurethane Foam experience of 1-2 years Possess a valid driver�s license and have an acceptable driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening Must be 21+ Working weekends may be required; some travel. Dedicated to customer satisfaction and ability to adapt to customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effectively communicate with supervisors and subordinates.
