Pod 80 - Disassembly

Diesel - POD 80 Disassembly Job Overview: The disassembly position is very detail-oriented and labor intensive. The position is responsible for removing components from the core engine utilizing hoist apparatus, impact tools, air chisels, and hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches. This position will load and unload components into a washer. A lift/turn table is provided to assist in disassembling the core engine. This position may require lifting up to 50lbs. Associates must be fast paced and communicate effectively. Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm Overtime available Qualifications: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs. The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx...8-10 hours) The ability to use handheld tools such as Hammers, impacts, punches. Standing: Continuously Walking: Frequently Sitting: Never Stooping (forward leaning): Occasionally. Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally Salary and Benefits: Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
