We are a **family-owned and operated Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company**, proudly serving South & West Metro Atlanta **Pay Range:** - $ **70,000 – $180,000+ annually** (based on experience, certifications, and performance) **What We Offer:** - Competitive compensation – (pay + commissions/spiffs + monthly performance bonuses) **TOP PAY FOR TOP TALENT** - 401(k) retirement plan with employer match - Structured training, mentorship, and leadership growth path - Medical insurance with Virtual & TextCare access - Dental, Vision & Supplemental insurance plans - Life insurance & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Paid vacation & paid holidays - Company vehicle, phone, uniforms & tools - Flexible scheduling options - Supportive, team-focused work environment **What You’ll Do:** - Manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems. - Performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. - Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently. - Discuss plumbing malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems. - Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD). - Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently. **What You’ll Bring:** - 3+ years residential plumbing service and installation experience. - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures - Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints - Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes - Willing to work in all types of weather - Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade - Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work - Have a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old). - Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. - Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. **We are accepting applications by replying to this job posting.
