Plumbing Project Manager Our client is a well-established plumbing and mechanical contractor with over 85 years of experience delivering commercial construction projects throughout Northern California. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing and mechanical projects from kickoff through closeout. - Oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously, ranging from approximately $100K to $30M in value. - Coordinate project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and field superintendents. - Prepare and manage change orders while maintaining project profitability. - Conduct regular job site visits and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Utilize construction management software to track project progress, documentation, and financial performance. - Requirements: - 5+ years of Project Management experience within plumbing, mechanical contracting, or commercial construction with mechanical coordination responsibilities. - Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. - Strong technical aptitude and experience working with construction management software such as Bluebeam or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills with a team-first mentality. - Bachelor's degree preferred, though candidates who have advanced through hands-on industry experience will also be considered.
