What You’ll Do: The Hardware Quality & Operations organization enables CoreWeave to deliver reliable, high-quality infrastructure by connecting product data, engineering processes, manufacturing execution, supply chain operations, and quality standards. The team ensures that product information remains accurate, controlled, and accessible across the product lifecycle—from concept through end-of-life. About the Role: CoreWeave is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative PLM Analyst to join the Hardware Quality & Operations organization. In this role, you will become the operational backbone of our product lifecycle management function by owning the integrity of our product data, driving disciplined change management processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to work from a single source of truth. You will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure our PLM environment accurately reflects the current state of our products. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in server architecture and PLM platforms, thrives at the intersection of process, data, and people, and takes pride in keeping complex systems running smoothly. In this role, you will: BOM Creation & Management Create, maintain, and release bills of materials (BOMs) with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure BOM structures accurately reflect design intent, including part relationships, approved vendor lists, substitutes, and revision levels. Conduct regular BOM audits to identify and correct errors, orphaned components, or outdated configurations. Change Management Own the end-to-end Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process, including initiation, routing, review coordination, approval tracking, and release. Facilitate change review board (CRB) meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on scope, impact, and timing before changes are approved. Assess the downstream impact of proposed changes on BOMs, documentation, inventory, and production schedules; communicate risks clearly to affected teams. Maintain change history and audit trails in the PLM system to support regulatory compliance and internal quality standards. Continuously improve change management workflows, identifying bottlenecks and driving process efficiencies. Product Data Management Serve as the system administrator and data steward for the PLM platform, maintaining clean, consistent, and complete product records. Manage part number creation, classification, attribute governance, and document control in accordance with established data standards. Define and enforce naming conventions, part classification schemas, and metadata standards across the product catalog. Support document lifecycle management, including controlled release, revision control, and archiving of engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation. Cross-Functional Support Act as the primary PLM point of contact for Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management teams. Train and support end users on PLM tools, processes, and best practices; develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure accurate and timely synchronization of product data between PLM and ERP systems.
