Platform Support Engineer (Junior/Middle)

More than 400 engineers use the platform daily to provision infrastructure, deploy applications, manage cloud resources, and operate production services. Our platform is built around Kubernetes, AWS, GitOps, Backstage, Crossplane and modern Platform Engineering practices. **Your future responsibilities:** - Provide technical support for developers using the IDP - Investigate incidents and production issues related to platform services - Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, deployments and cloud resources - Help engineers with onboarding and platform adoption - Analyze recurring support requests and propose improvements - Maintain platform documentation, runbooks and troubleshooting guides - Perform operational activities such as: (infrastructure provisioning, access management, service onboarding, kafka operations, database operations, cloud resource management) - Participate in platform incident response and postmortems - Collaborate with Platform Engineers to automate repetitive operational tasks - Identify opportunities for self-service and platform automation **Your skills and experience:** - 1 - 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Support - Good understanding of Linux - Experience working with Kubernetes - Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services - Experience with Git - Understanding of CI/CD concepts - Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems - Strong analytical and communication skills - Good written English **Nice to have:** - Experience with one or more of: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform and/or Crossplane, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics & Grafana, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker - Python, Go or Bash scripting **We offer what matters most to you:** - Competitive salary: we guarantee a stable income and annual bonuses for your personal contribution.
