Platform Strategist

ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Platform Strategist at Tennr, you are the strategic partner and advisor to executive operators at some of the country's largest, most impactful healthcare institutions. On the Tennr side, you operate between product, sales, and deployment. This role is the commanding officer of a portfolio of clients, with the stated goal of ensuring they solve the problem. We're looking for people who bring a mix of passion, drive, and resilience. You solve problems creatively, you act like an owner even when it's not your job, and you have the energy to push through the hardest parts. YOUR IMPACT You will sit directly with customer leadership to understand what they measure and why it matters, and take a defined position on what value means for each account. You will track outcomes against what was sold, run the underlying ROI analysis, and partner with sellers to grow and expand each relationship.
