Salary Range: $160k - $205k - w/ annual bonus Core communication hours: 9am-6pm ET / 8am - 5pm CT / 8am -5pm MT / 7am - 5pm PT Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and technically sharp Platform Engineering Manager to lead and champion our platform engineering team. In this role, you will be a true developer force multiplier—guiding the team in designing, building, and maintaining the underlying cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that empower our product development teams. This is not a passive management seat; we are looking for a culture-first leader who has a genuine passion for people, knows how to build team camaraderie, and can cultivate a strong sense of ownership and follow-through among direct reports. Because you will be steering our technology "north star," you must possess the deep technical background in Platform Engineering and Dev(Sec)Ops required to accurately vet timelines, challenge engineering estimates, and keep projects moving forward without micromanagement.
