Must be the site leader in living and driving the Company Core Values and High-Performance Work Culture. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Responsible for the overall safety performance of the plant by ensuring procedures are followed - Partner with Global Quality, EHS, and HR to ensure proper tools, processes, and training are being utilized - Oversee food safety objectives (SQF) are followed and supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the food safety system - Directs plant operations for the manufacturing of products in accordance with process and product specifications and quality standards, complying with contractual and/or customer requirements and meeting financial objectives - Provides, justifies, administers, and manages the plant operating budget - Responsible for plant compliance with all legal requirements - Develop and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility - Evaluate employees and provide suggestions for improvement - Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste - Attract and retain superior talent to execute the Plant functions - Develop plans that ensure operations run smoothly - Reviews KPIs and makes recommendations for efficiency improvements to both processes and associate performance - Implement contingency plan to the level required by the position - Establishes a strong relationship with the customer(s) - Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage to meet customer needs - Deliver a consistent, high-performance experience to our employees and customer(s) - Other duties as assigned **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:**Directly supervises employees in production departments as well as Production Managers.
