Planning-Planner I

Under the direct supervision and procedural control, Planner I performs short-range planning functions in accordance with the City's policies, ordinances, and requirements to include inspections, research, report writing, and presentations to advisory boards. The employee has daily contact with the public which requires tact and diplomacy.
