About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established industrial construction firm supporting a range of manufacturing and process facilities across the Mid-Atlantic region. Their work spans multiple industries, offering exposure to diverse environments and technically challenging projects. They are currently seeking skilled Pipe Welders to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong TIG welding experience who are comfortable working in dynamic, hands-on industrial settings. Key Responsibilities Perform TIG and stick welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel process piping Complete butt welds and socket welds across a variety of pipe sizes and thicknesses Set up and adjust welding equipment based on materials and job site conditions Execute welds in multiple positions, including elevated work (lifts/scaffolding) Inspect, test, and troubleshoot welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Support work across different trades or tasks as needed on-site Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in TIG welding, preferably in industrial environments Ability to pass ASME Section IX pipe welding tests (including X-ray requirements) Experience with carbon steel and stainless-steel piping systems Familiarity with ASME codes and standards Working knowledge of MIG and stick welding is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
