Job Type : Full-time Pay : $30.00 - $44.00 per hour Schedule : Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. Company-Funded Education Opportunities : NCCER Nationally Accredited Apprenticeship Certification Program (Pipe) Manufactures’ training Language – Spanish and English Health and Wealth Education Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Advancement Training Key Responsibilities of the Pipe Foreman include : Planning & Administration - Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe-fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources Equipment & Materials - Planning 3 weeks ahead, ordering materials, equipment, supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries Field Supervision - Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations Job Site Presence - Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings Project Manager Collaboration - Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office Qualified candidates will have : High School Diploma or G.E.D.
