Flyspace Productions is hiring energetic, customer-focused **Bar Servers** to support beverage operations during **PicklesBurgh 2026**, one of Pittsburgh's largest and most popular summer festivals. This is a temporary, event-based position running **July 16–19, 2026**, ideal for hospitality professionals, bartenders, servers, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income while working in a fun, fast-paced festival environment. ### What You'll Do As a Bar Server, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and supporting mobile bar operations throughout the festival. Responsibilities include: - Serving beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages - Pouring draft beverages and preparing simple mixed drinks - Processing credit card transactions accurately - Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional bar area - Restocking beverages and supplies throughout shifts - Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and daily maintenance - Following all responsible alcohol service and safety procedures ### Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age - Previous bartending, beverage service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred - RAMP Certification preferred but not required - Comfortable handling credit card transactions accurately and responsibly - Friendly, professional, and dependable - Ability to work efficiently in a busy festival environment ### Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions - Closed-toe shoes are required at all times ### Schedule & Compensation - Temporary event position for **July 16–19, 2026** - Daytime, evening, and late-night shifts available - Applicants do not need to be available for all four days, though broader availability is preferred - Starting pay is **$15.00 per hour** - Tips may be earned but are not guaranteed - Non-exempt, overtime-eligible position ### About Flyspace Productions Flyspace Productions is a Pittsburgh-based, woman-owned event production company specializing in event management, audiovisual production, and large-scale public events.
