Picking and Inventory Associate

Summary: *Gratz is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picking and Inventory Associate to join our Picking and Inventory team on 1st Shift, reporting to the Picking and Inventory Lead. This is an entry-level position responsible for receiving, moving, cycle counting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to creatively improve daily operations.* Key Responsibilities: - Receive, transfer and put away incoming shipments (systematically and physically). - Accurately count, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse and bin locations. - Update inventory movement using our ERP, Epicor. - Pick items for orders and place them in the designated area. - Conduct routine cycle counts and correct discrepancies. - Keep storage and work areas clean and organized. - Assist team members and other departments with inventory-related requests and other tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to read, count, and record information accurately. - Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience in driving a forklift - Ability to transit between multiple manufacturing/warehouse sites. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or stockroom setting. - Familiarity with inventory management or barcode scanning systems. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. - Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. - Work performed in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
