[Required] - Demonstrate understanding of the four phases of the project life-cycle (concept, design, execution and closeout). [Required] - Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex programs and projects. [Required] - Demonstrated ability to understand, plan and execute project deliverables and project scope. [Required] - Skilled at identifying and managing project risks and scope creep early and often to foresee/identify potential problems, and proactively identify and present solutions to management. [Required] - Manage resource allocation to ensure proper project prioritization. [Required] - Ability to train and educate on project management tools and systems as needed. [Required] - Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio.
