Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Primary Care (New Graduates Welcome) | Flint, MI We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our primary care team in Flint, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and assess patient conditions. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications. Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed. Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, team-based care. Requirements: Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner Program (Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Pediatrics). Valid PA or NP license in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain one). Interest or experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to community health.
