AI serves as a documentation support tool by helping organize and summarize clinical information based on the documentation provided by the clinician. It is designed to allow clinicians to spend more time focused on providing quality patient care while improving the accuracy and consistency of documentation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** As a physical Therapist, you will be responsible for responding to routine and critical situations providing skilled therapy assessments, and supportive care for Home Care Patients. - Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately - Competence in evaluation of patient needs - Promoting continuous quality improvement - Teaching and counseling patients/families - Timely and accurate documentation **Requirements** - Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program/School - Active MI PT License - Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record - Valid CPR Card **Preferred** - At least 1 year Physical Therapy experience - At least 1 year Home Health experience
