This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare—hands-on experience may help satisfy PT school application requirements. ### What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include: - Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use - Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions - Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff - Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment - Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities - Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks ### What We’re Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed - Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plus ### Compensation & Benefits - Hourly rate: $16 per hour - Part-time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a collaborative, clinician-driven team that values growth, mentorship, and making a meaningful impact.
