## Overview **ACCESS PT, a member of the Confluent Health family,** is currently looking for a **Physical Therapy Aide** to join our **South Yonkers, NY** team! **How ACCESS PT supports you:** - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - 100% match after 1 year (up to 4%) - Paid sick leave (varies by state) - Wellness Program Access - 10% childcare tuition discount at Kindercare Childcare Centers - Training and career development - Network partnerships with top health systems in the region **Job Position:** Physical Therapy Aide **Job Location:** 1254 central park ave Yonkers, New York 10701 **Job Type:** Full-Time **Salary Description:** $17.00-$19.00/hour, based on experience ## Responsibilities - Prepare and sanitize treatment room for the patients - Understand the uses of stationary bikes, pulley systems, exercise/medicine balls, plyometric boxes, rebounder, weight equipment, mobilization tables and benches, progressive resistive exercises as designed by the Physical Therapist - Prepare equipment such as hydrotherapy tanks, paraffin bath, and hot packs - Remove and replace braces, splints, and slings from patient bodies before and after treatment - Assist physical therapy assistant and/or physical therapist to support patient during ambulation and gait training. - Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team ## Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Therapy Technicians/Aides Apply Today!
