What You'll Be Doing Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports medicine patients Provide evidence-based rehabilitation for post-operative and non-operative orthopedic conditions Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Support patient care initiatives associated with our Ambulatory Surgery Center, including post-surgical rehabilitation planning and coordination Educate patients and families on injury prevention, recovery expectations, home exercise programs, and return-to-activity strategies Utilize advanced clinical reasoning and manual therapy techniques to restore function and improve performance Contribute to a positive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience and outcomes Assist in building and growing orthopedic rehabilitation servic…
