We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician, who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. Duties and Responsibilities - Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through detailed evaluations. - Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals. - Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and strength. - Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent further injury. - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive care approach. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. - Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and research to enhance treatment effectiveness. - Provide guidance and supervision to physical therapy assistants and aides as required. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards in the delivery of care.
