Responsibilities include: Evaluate children with developmental and physical challenges Develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services in school settings Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, teachers, and families Maintain accurate documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Provide therapy services in our summer clinic program (20 hours/week) We're Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Current Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) New graduates are encouraged to apply!
