You'll treat a medically complex geriatric population in a setting where clinical reasoning, compassion, and flexibility are valued. • Performing evaluations and contributing to individualized plans of care as needed • Guiding residents through mobility milestones - first steps, safe transfers, returning home • Leading gait, balance, strengthening, and functional training sessions • Helping reduce fall risk and build confidence with daily activities • Supervising and collaborating with PTAs when scheduled • Adjusting care plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment • Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery • Providing reliable coverage for vacations, caseload fluctuations, and program growth * * * **Why Therapists Choose Independence Rehab** We're a small, therapist-owned company that runs therapy operations independently - meaning we advocate for clinicians and protect clinical judgment.
