Physical Therapists have caseload independence to manage as they see appropriate, and get to truly collaborate with referring providers within the same clinic. Benefits include paid PTO and sick leave, continuing education reimbursement (includes APTA and license renewal), health insurance premiums covered at 100%, and employer matching 401k. **Lead Outcomes** - With the DOC team I ensure all guests receive high quality orthopedic care and guest services. - All of my actions demonstrate the DOC WHY, our Core Values, my mission and responsibilities. - I work with my DOC team to assure DOC policies, procedures, and systems are excellent, guest-focused, and profitable. - I implement business plans and strategic change initiatives that improve practice performance and exceed benchmark standards. - I assure that my knowledge, skills, and licensure as a clinician and DOC team member are current and excellent. **Core Responsibilities** - I organize, manage, and evaluate all physical therapy activities in the DOC clinic, assuring high quality and cost-effective rehabilitation outcomes for our guests. - I am accountable for caseload management, program development, and marketing to assure continued growth of physical therapy services. - I give and receive data-based feedback with my team on a daily basis with pleasure and appreciation. I maintain the physical therapy dashboard and provide DOC Corporate with metrics, proactively responding to fiscal changes and adjusting operations to ensure productivity standards are met. I contribute to planning and decision-making for therapy services by providing input on financial services and policies. - I maintain guest confidentiality and ensure PHI is secure at all times. - I collaborate to build a high-functioning team, modeling conscious communication and being accountable for my actions. **Additional Requirements** - I am able to lift up to 50lbs. - I am proficient in computer skills/EMR programs. - I have a Texas Physical Therapy License
