# Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time & Part-Time **All Heart Home Care | Columbia, TN** All Heart Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled **Physical Therapists (Full-Time and Part-Time)** to join our growing home health team in the **Columbia, Tennessee area**.
