As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will: •Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the physical therapist. •Complete documentation related to patient care. •Analyze and manage patient information. •Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient. •Perform operational tasks in response to needs of the department. •Demonstrate efficient patient scheduling and rehab care management to maximize productivity; accurate and timely charge entry. •Maintain an environment conducive to patient care and patient/staff safety. •Perform principal duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the organization’s mission, vision, values and goals. •Contribute to clinical programming according to the needs of patients and the community.
