What You�ll Do: Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence. Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and functional mobility activities. Administer treatments including therapeutic exercise and approved physical modalities. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and proper use of assistive devices. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Current PTA license in the state of Tennessee. Home Health experience preferred, but not required. Current CPR certification. Valid driver�s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
