We are an outpatient clinic specializing in **personalized care, balance and vestibular therapy, and functional movement**, helping patients regain confidence and independence in their daily lives. **What We Offer** - **$20 – $25 per hour**, based on experience - **Monday–Friday schedule — 9:30a-6pm** - **PTO**, **&** **401K Plan** - **Medical, Dental, & Vision** Insurance - Positive, team-oriented, and fun clinic culture **What You’ll Do** - Comfortability working with elderly patient population. - Provide 10-14 patients per day per clinician, 1:1 model - Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist. - Patient load included 10-14 patients per day per clinician, & our 1:1 care model - Carry out individualized plans of care - Work with patients with neuro, geriatric, Parkinson’s disease. - Document treatments accurately and efficiently - Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies - Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team - Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment **What We’re Looking For** - Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Pennsylvania (or in the final stages of licensure) - 1-2 years of experience & the ability to work independently without a PT being in the clinic. - Strong communication and patient care skills - Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated - Positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment - Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus (not required) **Why FYZICAL Marlborough?** FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is part of a national network of 500+ clinics, our **Spring House, PA location offers a close-knit, supportive team atmosphere**.
