Our clinic is home to professionals with a sense of commitment, a sense of ownership, and a sense of humor. ## Job Description **What You’ll Do:** - Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results - Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required - Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines - Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers - Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians - Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals - Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments - Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies - Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports ## Qualifications - Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum - One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred - Currently registered and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and CPR certified - Outgoing and energetic personality - Experience in exercise and manual-based skills, McKenzie skilled, and sports rehabilitation - New graduates are welcome to apply ## Additional Information - Strong compensation - Excellent benefits package, including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time off - Monthly productivity bonus - Continuing education - Employee discount plans - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership - Clinical mentorship - Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive Apply today to join our passionate team.
