Advancing Potential.** ## Position Summary LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Adult Day Program team. This part-time position provides physical therapy services to adults ages 21+ with developmental and multiple physical disabilities within a dynamic transdisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maximizing independence, mobility, functional abilities, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. ## Key Responsibilities - Provide evaluations, consultations, and physical therapy services to adult clients as scheduled. - Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and client progress. - Participate in the development, implementation, and review of Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals and objectives. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, reports, and electronic records. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, caregivers, and residential staff. - Participate in transdisciplinary meetings, ISP meetings, and family conferences. - Provide instruction, training, and support to staff regarding therapeutic techniques, positioning, mobility, transfers, and equipment use. - Assist with the selection, adaptation, maintenance, and management of therapeutic equipment and supplies. - Support clients in achieving mobility, functional independence, and community participation goals. - Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and agency standards. - Participate in professional development, trainings, and continuing education activities. ## Required Qualifications - Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT). - Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License in good standing. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team environment. - Ability to safely lift, transfer, and position clients as necessary. - Must pass required background clearances, screenings, and drug testing. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. - Experience in adult services, rehabilitation, or community-based programs. - Knowledge of adaptive equipment, positioning, mobility training, and functional independence programming. ## What We Offer - Starting rate of $48.25 per hour - Flexible part-time schedule - Meaningful mission-driven work - Supportive team environment - Collaborative interdisciplinary teams - Professional development opportunities - Sick time benefits - Onsite childcare available in Monmouth County ## How to Apply Interested candidates should apply for this position through the LADACIN website or Indeed.
