As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our renowned Orthopedic practice to provide exceptional patient care. **Responsibilities:** **Patient Assessment and Evaluation:** - Conduct thorough pre-operative and post-operative assessments of patients. - Review patient medical histories and perform physical examinations. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. - Work up patients and indicated injections and procedures - mix of follow ups, new patients, telemeds, AND injections - EMG EXPERIENCE PREFERRED **Treatment Planning:** - Provide patient education on treatment options, potential risks, and post-operative care. **Clinical Support:** - Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patients' progress and address any concerns. - Manage and update patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. - Assist in the coordination of patient care, including referrals and consultations. - NO ROUNDING - NO CALL - NO WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED, BUT ARE AN OPTION IF PREFERRED **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, and radiologists. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing questions and concerns. - Participate in team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans. **Qualifications:** - MD / DO - Current NJ state license OR ELIGIBILE - Previous experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
