Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.* PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to join our team in Everett, WA **Work Schedule**: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm overtime and rotating weekends may be required **Job Responsibilities:** - Observe and report any performance, compliance or staffing related issues to supervisors - Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs - Monitor monthly productivity reports and report any deviations as necessary - Address any customer service-related issues in a prompt and respectful manner - Promote teamwork, cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkers - Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups - Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. - Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner - Process billing information and collect payments when required - Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis - Administrative and clerical duties as necessary **Minimum Qualifications:** - Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License - 1 or more years of Phlebotomy experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - 6 months experience leading a team in healthcare **Additional Job Standards:** - In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement. - Able to pass a standardized color blindness test - Strong communication skills; both written and verbal - Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently or in a team environment - Comfortable working under minimal supervision - Flexibility to work overtime as needed **We are currently seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company.
