**hlebotomist Representative II - Hospital - Kokomo, IN, Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with rotational weekends** Represents the face of our company to patients within the hospital systems at Quest Diagnostics, both as part of their routine health management or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The Phlebotomist II draws quality blood samples from patients while following established practices and procedures. The Phlebotomist II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. The Phlebotomist II will demonstrate Quest Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants will be assigned to work in a fast-paced hospital environment. Performing phlebotomy tasks in extreme patient and environmental conditions. **Pay range: $21.50+ per hour;** employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
