We'll walk you through exactly how to register, and once you're on board, we provide comprehensive hands-on training to set you up for a long-term career in pharmacy. **What You'll Learn and Do** We train across a full range of pharmacy technician skills, all performed under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, including: - Greeting and assisting customers with excellent service - Entering patient demographics and processing prescription claims - Compounding non-sterile medications in our lab - Counting, packaging, labeling, and organizing prescription orders - Preparing and packaging customer orders for shipping - Receiving and processing incoming shipments of drug products and ancillary supplies - Handling inbound calls, identifying customer needs, and routing calls appropriately - Building strong customer relationships by going the extra mile - Meeting personal and team performance goals - Other clerical tasks as assigned **What We're Looking For** - PA Board of Pharmacy Registration (required — if you're not registered yet, we'll help you get there) - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience with MS Excel and Outlook (preferred) - Comfort learning and working in multiple software programs - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High attention to detail - Ability to stand for 6–8 hours per day - Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits** - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Short- and long-term disability coverage - 401(k) plan - Company-paid life insurance - Paid time off (PTO), accrued - Company-paid holidays *All benefits subject to applicable plan terms and company policy.* **About Us** We specialize in custom medications for every patient — including the family pet — and our team is dedicated to personalized care that goes beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to health. **Schedule** Schedules vary based on job responsibilities and may include shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Ready to start your pharmacy career — or bring your experience to a team that values it?
