Pharmacy Technician

Our team delivers customized pharmacy solutions to a wide range of healthcare settings, including psychiatric hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, group homes, assisted living communities, and youth behavioral health programs. **Schedule:** Part Time to include evenings and weekends **About the position:** - Supports pharmacists in the daily operations of the pharmacy. - Package medications according to standard procedures including blister cards, unit dose packaging, compliance packaging, and vial fill. - Assists with maintenance of an adequate inventory of medications and other supplies. - Prepares compounds per physician’s order under supervision of a pharmacist. - Labels prescriptions accurately, including informational labels, e.g. cautionary and auxiliary labels. - Prepares medication for delivery to customers. - Assists in maintenance and documentation of appropriate environmental controls in compliance with state and federal regulations. - Adhere to HIPAA and FDA regulations and also maintain a clean and safe pharmacy environment. - Strives for compliance by all staff with internal controls and state and federal regulations. **Benefits** Life Tree offers benefits tailored to support your unique work arrangements. - DailyPay -- access your pay when you need it! - Retirement plan -- both pre-tax and Roth (after-tax) options available for employee contributions. - Voluntary limited benefits offered through the American Worker.
