As a Pharmacy Technician III, you will play an important part in ensuring patients receive medications safely, accurately, and on time. Working alongside licensed pharmacists, you will help prepare, compound, package, label, and distribute both hazardous and non-hazardous medications. Comprehensive benefits – Competitive salary starting at $50,425, plus a full benefits package What You'll Do In this role, you will: Assist pharmacists with preparing and dispensing medications for patients Compound, package, label, and distribute medications according to established standards Support the safe handling of both hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceuticals Help maintain medication inventory and ensure adequate stock levels Assist with quality assurance and compliance activities to support patient safety Follow all applicable federal and New York State pharmacy regulations Maintain accurate records and documentation Serve as a resource for pharmacy team members and perform responsibilities associated with Pharmacy Technician II and Pharmacy Assistant roles Contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering outstanding care and service What You'll Bring Success in this role comes from a combination of technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping others. National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or ExCPT from National Healthcareer Association (NHA) required. 2. Registered Pharmacy Technician with NYS Office of the Professions, State Education Department. Education and Experience High school diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time pharmacy assistant or pharmacy technician experience. NOTE: 1.
