We offer a competitive benefits package to our full time employees. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Provides excellent customer service - Performs general administrative duties as requested by physicians and office managers - Processes prior authorizations and refill requests in the Electronic Medical Record system - Assists in connecting patients with various patient assistance programs offered - Maintains medication samples onsite and tracks dispensing - Establishes and maintains relationships with various pharmaceutical representatives - Takes incoming calls from pharmacies to provide refill authorizations, answer questions about medication interactions and clarify prescriptions - Takes incoming phone calls from patients and assists them with medication concerns or takes messages for the physician. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required - Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices, including medical terminology and of insurance payors - Ability to get along with the public and make patients feel welcome and comfortable - Must be willing to travel to satellite offices if necessary - Must maintain appropriate Pharmaceutical license - Must have the ability to work as a team with coworkers and providers **Full-time benefits package** - Collaborative, supportive team culture - Multiple locations with consistent patient volume - Opportunities for professional growth and advancement - **Competitive pay:** $18–$23/hour, Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties
