Pharmacy Operations Manager - Blackburn Center

**The Blackburn Center is an innovative program that will offer integrated housing, health care, and employment services with the long-term goal of eliminating homelessness. We seek to change the way health care is delivered to all people, especially vulnerable populations, The Pharmacy Operations Manager/PIC will ensure that high quality clinical pharmacy services and operational needs are integrated into this model.** This position will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team at the Blackburn Center to deliver comprehensive, person-centered, integrated services to the Portland Eastside community. 50% of their time will be allotted to Business and Operations Management, and 50% of time is allotted to practicing as a pharmacist. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will collaborate with the Blackburn Center operations team to oversee the long-term health, quality, effectiveness, and strength of the health system. As a pharmacist, they will serve as a liaison between Blackburn pharmacy staff and providers to provide safe, high quality, patient-centered care that improves quality of life. **Location:** Blackburn Pharmacy (12121 E. Burnside St. Portland, OR, 97216) **Compensation:** $143,000 - $200,000, annually. *Salary offered will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity.* **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - **BS in Pharmacy from an accredited pharmacy school is required.** - **Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Oregon.** - **2 years of experience as an outpatient pharmacist.** - **Must possess a current driver’s license, access to a vehicle,** qualify as an Acceptable Driver as designated in Central City Concern’s Fleet Safety policy. Must pass an initial drivers training within 60 days of being an approved driver and continued recertification training. Must maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 personal auto liability coverage. Must generally have the ability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects, and climb stairs with reasonable or no accommodation. - *Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.* - *PGY-1 residency training, or equivalent training or experience, is preferred.* - *Contemporary Ambulatory Pharmacy medication management and retail pharmacy operation management skills preferred.* - Must meet CCC privileging requirement as required by FTCA. - Current CPR certification prior to start. - Available to work during standard clinic hours. - Bilingual preferred. - Ability to adhere to Central City Concern’s drug-free workplace which encourages a safe, healthy and productive work environment and strictly complies with the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988.
